1. Price

All prices without engagement, ex-works and without any added-value tax, packing, load, port or insurance.

2. Delivery time

We must reserve changements(modifications)of the  time of delivery although the date was probably fixed. The time of delivery is prolonged suitably by the unforeseen events. The purchaser cannot forward any rights out of the non-observance of the time of delivery.

3. Delivery

Deliveries are made exclusively to independant agents of trade. Forwarding on the risk of the purchaser, also in the cases in which the shipper takes charge of the forwarding or transport costs.Carriage at the place of reception goes in any case to loads of the receiver. In the case of shipment on special request or instructions of the receiver, the surplus expenses are for his accounts.

4. Payments

After 30 days net. Export deliveries ex works.  

5. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until complete compensation of the account. Until payment of all claims coming from our business connections, the purchaser (retailer) yields all his active debts of the resale to us.  

6. Place of jurisdiction

The place of execution for the delivery and the payment as well as jurisdiction is Solingen.

7. Opposing conditions of purchasing

The conditions of purchases opposing are not compulsory for us although we did not contradict categorically their contents.
